Radically shifting the relationship from corporate to the "field" (Center Leaders), we created a listening tour around the globe to infuse a fresh way of hosting our members each week. By designing from the outside-in versus the inside-out, we empowered and encouraged everyone to create meaningful experiences for our members. In addition to the meetings, we designed an acknowledgment strategy into the symbolic charms program to motivate members
by recognizing and rewarding progress—in turn,
increasing retention & recruitment by 22%.
